Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed and confirmed, our team immediately begins processing it. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that during high-demand periods, festivals, special promotions, or due to unexpected delays from third-party logistics providers, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Timeline
Our standard shipping timeline for orders within India is 4 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery to remote or less accessible regions may take longer, depending on the courier services’ reach and efficiency in that area.

Please note, delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Factors such as unforeseen logistical issues, weather conditions, strikes, or regional lockdowns may impact the actual delivery time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on the website or product pages.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and the name of the courier partner. You can track your shipment in real time through the provided tracking link.

If you do not receive the tracking details within 72 hours of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at the address provided. In case the delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to the warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases and will be borne by the customer.

We advise customers to be available at the shipping address and to ensure that all contact and location details entered at checkout are accurate.

Tampered Packaging
If you receive a parcel that appears to be tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, inform the delivery person and immediately report the issue to our support team along with pictures. Once a tampered delivery is accepted, we may not be able to process any return or replacement request.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India to all major pin codes that are serviceable by our logistics partners. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.

Third-Party Courier Services
SAQAFY relies on trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. However, once the package is handed over to the courier, we do not have control over the transit operations. Any delay or misrouting caused by the courier will be addressed to the best of our capacity, but SAQAFY cannot be held liable for delivery failures due to issues beyond our control.

Changes to Shipping Information
Once an order is placed, any request for changing the shipping address or contact details may not be accepted. In rare and urgent cases, if you need to change your delivery details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We do not guarantee changes but will try our best to accommodate the request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
